Sebastopol Sourdough Company is a licensed micro-bakery operating out of Sebastopol, California. The bread is naturally leavened, which means long fermentation, no commercial yeast, and flavor that develops over time rather than being engineered quickly. We use local grain in our breads, and seasonal, local fruit in our pastries. We sell direct through Hotplate and work with a small number of wholesale partners.
